How do I sign up with Coffee Cow?
If you are new to Coffee Cow, sign up to start saving on your coffee and supplies! Click on the Log In tab on the top menu bar, and you will be brought to our member sign-up page. Simply click the Create My Account button, fill in your name, and create your Login ID and password. Your Login ID is always your email address. Once these are submitted, you will receive a "Welcome To Coffee Cow" email confirming your account and you can start shopping with the Cow!
You can also create your account as part of your checkout process the first time you shop. Simply, purchase your coffee supplies and proceed through checkout as normal. Before you place your order, you will be asked to enter an email address, password, and other basic preferences. Once you place your order, your account will be created at the same time. You will receive both an order confirmation email and a "Welcome to Coffee Cow" email.

Logging Into Coffee Cow For the First Time
There are two ways you can log into Coffeecow. The simplest way is to click the Log In tab on the menubar and enter your email address and password.
Once you click the Login button, you will be brought to the homepage and find in the upper left hand corner of the screen it reads "Welcome, (your name)".
You can also login after you shop and begin the checkout process. If you aren't logged in, the second step in the checkout will ask you for your login information and log you into Coffee Cow, retreiving all your personalized information securely.

How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS in the continental United States. International orders are shipped with the US Postal Service.

How do I purchase a CoffeeCow Gift Certificate?
At the bottom of each page you'll see the  button. Just click on the words and read the instruction that follow. When you finish reading, click on the colorful shopping bags to purchase a gift card in $25, $50, or $100 denominations. You'll fill out the information required and you'll have the option to write a short message to the person receiving the gift certificate.
Please note that you will not earn Cowbuks on the purchase of Gift Certificates. When the gift certificate is used to purchase products, Cowbucks will accrue according to website's CowBucks policy.
